Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani told Fox News President Obama should be partially blamed for this weekend’s murder of two NYPD officers.

He said Sunday that Obama’s refusal to condemn the police protests triggered by the deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner perpetuated the widely-held belief that police are predominantly racist, despite how much they sacrifice for the community.

While Giuliani has disagreed with attaching responsibility to Bill de Blasio, the New York Mayor is also being viciously lambasted for previously expressing fears of his black son being discriminated against by the police.

Giuliani also said earlier that day that it’s a “ridiculous myth” that police are inciting violence in black neighborhoods, reiterating that it’s only the residents of such areas who are committing careless murders.
