More than 20 U.S. embassies around the world are currently closed due to what is being described as specific and credible threats to Western targets in Muslim countries. Rest easy, though: new National Security Adviser Susan Rice is on the job, and as we all know, she has some experience with embassy attacks.

Not at all confident in Rice’s leadership is Richard Grenell, who tangled with President Obama’s former NSC spokesman over Rice’s handling of that “phony scandal.”

If we recall correctly, the administration didn’t do such a good job protecting Americans overseas last September after the U.S. received a credible threat.
