Judge Says Suit Charging Campus Anti-Semitism Should be Refiled With Focus On Current Situation

Jewish News of Northern California reports that after a 57-minute pretrial hearing in Mandel v. Board of Trustees of the California State University, federal district court Judge William Orrick said he would dismiss the case with leave to amend. The suit alleges that
