Young went on to save a second break point on another unforced error by the No18 seed, but third time unlucky for the American as an overcooked forehand gave Monfils the crucial break. Monfils then blazed through his service game, punctuating matters with a 129mph service winner and a 130mph ace down the middle on match point. That sets up a third-round clash between Monfils and the winner of the David Goffin-Guido Pella match.And with that, we’ll say goodbye.
