Residents of Alaskan island of Kodiak urged to move away from coastal areas but warning canceled after a few tense hoursA 7.9 magnitude earthquake struck off Alaska’s Kodiak Island early on Tuesday, prompting a tsunami warning for a large swath of the state’s coast.
