However, as much as I loved smoking during the day, I noticed that it would make me a little less social and made a lot of the day blur together, so I switched to smoking just at night/after dinner, which helped with both of those things a lot. There are really way too many factors to take into account here to accurately tell you how it'll effect you. It's like the only thing that weed makes worse instead of better. I appreciate being sober more now than I ever did before I started using multiple drugs. I also weirdly find that I get way more high during the night time vs the day time, no matter how much I smoke! Idk if you'd consider this to be a bad thing but it's a thing. Feeling your body just react to things naturally as opposed to being in an "artificially" induced state feels absolutely amazing. In which case, that's not a "side effect" of smoking weed daily. For me when I started smoking every day before sleeping I wasn't able to sleep without smoking. Ah, I can't bare smoking during the day.

If I smoke at the beginning of the day, like you said, the day is a blur. EDIT: The memory thing is what I see referred to the most, and (obviously you don't know me so I can't prove this) in my experience, there has been no issue with short term memory whatsoever, unless I'm, like, blazed mid-day. So I used to smoke regularly during the day. It’s something to look forward to, “extends” your off time and is a nice way to treat yourself. Just from my own experience, I smoke a similar amount that you do on most days and my memory is about the same as it was before I started as far as i can tell.
Having mastered what I was learning though it's no longer an issue. Not using is always safer.

I like to smoke a few hours before bed, after all of my events for the day have been done. I feel like being sober is another drug and I love it just as much. So, you're already doing better than a lot of people. Just remember that there is no 100% safe drug use. The biggest changes I've noticed is almost complete loss of REM / Dreaming sleep (I have terrible dreams, so I'm okay with this) and feeling groggy in the morning.
